Chapter 2

Candi walked down the halls to her locker as the school changed classes. She looked at her watch it was now 12:02. Nic had never been late for their lunch dates, so what was special about to day? She slammed her things into her locker and went to the work out room where Nic was running on the machine already. She was sweating and looked mad tired. Candi stood in front of the machine watching her.

“I’m sorry about today. I’ve been stressing since last week.”

“It was just a kiss.”

“Oh.”

“Onika!”

“What?”

“What happened when I left?”

“He took care of my every need! Like his lips on every part of my body!”

“You had sex with him? Nic, OMG the fuck?”

Nicki stopped the machine and ran out of the workout room. Candi jogged after her. Nicki jumped into one of the showers. Candi stood outside of it apologizing.

Asked Chris getting excited about the news he was about to hear. Jeremy rubbed his hands together and grinned. He waited until Safaree came around the corner to tell him.

Nic stood on the side with the dance team watching the football game. Lauren, Candi, Nicki and Karen were all on the dance team and decided to hang out afterwards at Kyle’s after party.

Nicki turned around to see Karen running her way. Karen was brown skin with thick hips and full lips. She was a basic girl besides that and her cute New Orleans accent.

“You fucked Jeremy?”

“What?”

“Did you have sex with Jeremy?”

“He’s telling the whole football team that!”

Nic ran to the side of the field where the football team was sitting for half time. She called out to Safaree, but he ignored her. She walked onto the field to him.

“Faree, please let me explain.”

“Explain what? There isn’t shit to explain. You ain’t my girl, but I would think you’d have more respect for your damn self!!”

He yelled already being angry with her. She back down and left the field. I’m a let him think what he wants, fuck him! She walked back to her side and rolled her eyes at Karen. Karen smirked as she watched their friendship die. He’ll be all mine by the end of the year.
